Warranty and Shipping Policy (For Walmart Orders)

Thank you for choosing Trade Star. Please review our warranty and shipping policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when placing ecommerce orders.


  • Shipping Time Frame: Items will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of order placement.
  • Shipping Methods: Shipping options will be provided at checkout for you to choose from. A shipment tracking number and notification will be sent to you once items are dispatched.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, Trade Star is not responsible for any delays caused by freight carriers.
  • Estimated Delivery: Our standard shipping usually takes 10 – 18 days, while Expedited Shipping takes 5 – 7 days.
  • Customer Responsibility: Once the package arrives at the provided delivery address, you are responsible for the order. Trade Star cannot be held liable if the package is lost or goes missing after delivery.
  • Damaged Goods: If any goods are received damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving them. 
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that all address details are accurate before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for goods not received due to address errors. Returned packages due to incorrect address/no collection will incur additional costs charged by the courier.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Some orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the local customs office or carrier during delivery. Trade Star is unable to pre-pay or cover these fees.

Warranty and Returns:

In the event of damaged or incorrect items received, Contact us through the options provided by Marketplace along with photographic evidence. After our inspection, we will decide upon one of three options:

  • A refund if damage warrants
  • A new item to be sent out

Handicrafts Notice:

Please be aware that our products mainly consist of handmade handicrafts by artisans. Minor surface imperfections are part of their uniqueness and should be expected.
